Hello, gorgeous

It’s time to believe that you’re enough

Providing Individual and Relationship Therapy through Axis Mundi Center for Mental Health.

Currently accepting clients interested in relationship therapy.

My style is relational, flexible, humorous, and grounded in the belief that we heal in relationship. I am a full person and reject the model of the “blank slate” therapist. In our work together I will meet you where you are and support you in reacquainting you to you, with all parts of yourself, including your inherent wisdom.

I honor the knowledge that lives within your body, your spirit, and mind. My approaches aim to compassionately lead you to the root of your experiences and meaning-making.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples and polycules who want to improve communication, explore feelings, needs, and boundaries, and who want to (re-)establish trust in themselves and their relationships.

I strive to practice from a feminist and anti-oppressive lens and might invite you to use art, narrative, and body-based practices to help express, re-member, and integrate seemingly disparate parts of yourself.

My identities as a queer, non-monogamous, sex- and kink-positive, white-bodied, immigrant cis woman tend to attract potential clients who share some of these positionalities. I am an especially good fit for those who would like to work through challenges related to their identity, acculturation, sexuality, gender expression, relationship formation, and early traumas.

Additionally I specialize in the following populations:

Relationships

I love supporting queer couples and folks wanting to deepen their skills in practicing polyamorous/ethically non-monogamous relationship structures. My goal is to support clients in deepening connection with themselves and each other.

ADOLESCENTS & Teens

10 years of experience as an educator and school-based therapist have taught me about the challenges and triumphs associated with school years and identity formation. I recognize and emphasize that supporting caregivers with raising up their children is a vital part of this work.

White-bodied people

This part of my practice is deeply informed by my own ancestry. I believe my work of supporting white-bodied people in their journey in anti-racism to be an honor as well as a responsibility in my work as an activist and therapist.
